kiwilink
Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of kiwilink, including the Kiwi tools your AI agent connects to. By creating an account or using kiwilink, you agree to them. If you use kiwilink for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.
What kiwilink does
kiwilink keeps the API keys you use with other services, such as GitHub, OpenAI or Resend, and lets your AI agents use them without ever seeing them. Your agents call those services through kiwilink with a kiwilink key or a session key, and kiwilink makes each call with your real key. kiwilink can also help your agents find, sign up for and manage software on your behalf, inside a budget you set.
The API keys you add
You may add only keys you are allowed to use, for accounts you or your company control, and only where the service's own terms let you use them through a service like kiwilink. kiwilink stores each key encrypted, uses it only to make the calls your agents request within the limits you set, never shows it to an agent, and deletes it when you remove it or close your workspace. You are responsible for what your agents do with the access you give them, and for anything a service charges you for those calls under its own terms.
Your account
You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email, and with a passkey if you add one. Keep your Google or email account and your passkeys safe, since they are the way into your kiwilink account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what agents you connect do within the limits you set. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
Your agents and spending
You choose which agents to connect and what budget they work within. Paid plans above your limits need your approval with a passkey. You are responsible for charges from vendors you approve, under those vendors' own terms. kiwilink is not a party to your agreements with vendors, and you agree to their terms yourself when you sign up with them.
Acceptable use
Do not use kiwilink to break the law, to break a vendor's terms, to sign up for services in someone else's name without their permission, to get around a site's human checks, or to harm kiwilink or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep everything you put into kiwilink. You give us permission to store and process it only to run kiwilink for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Plans, limits and payment
The plans, prices and call limits are on the pricing page. When your workspace reaches a hard limit, kiwilink refuses further calls until the limit resets or you change plans, and says so in the error your agent gets. Paid plans are billed in advance each month or year, as the plan says, until you cancel. kiwilink never takes a share of what you spend with other services.
Free credit and changes
kiwilink may be offered free or at an early stage. Free credit and free months under an offer have no cash value. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you before a change that affects you in a material way. We may update these terms, and the date above says when they last changed. Using kiwilink after a change means you accept it.
No warranty, limited liability
kiwilink is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if that is more.
Ending
You can stop using kiwilink at any time, and ask us to close your workspace. Closing it deletes the API keys in it. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as liability limits, continue after that.
