- Free stops at what it includes. Pro gets headroom past its included calls, so a busy month never breaks a paying team.
- kiwilink never cuts an agent off mid-task without saying so. Every refusal is a kiwilink error with the limit, when it resets and what to do.
- We will measure real use in the first month and raise limits rather than lower them.
